AUTHOR
Andrea Harrison, a retired elementary school teacher and current content marketing writer, always wanted to become a published writer. From very young, Andrea was always creating stories, some she wrote down and others she kept in her head, yet never had the courage to turn any of it into a book, until now.
Andrea’s inspiration for her children’s book came one morning when she awoke and a working title just popped into her head, “The Selfish Shellfish”. Andrea brings to this book her teaching experience, love for the ocean, and concern for the planet and how this will impact the younger generation. Her wish for this book is that it will encourage dialogue between young children and the influential adults in their lives to teach them to become conscientious custodians of our planet.
